What happens to my boards and shifts if I go back to Basic?
Nothing is deleted — ever. Your boards, shifts, messages, and calendar all stay exactly as they are. You just lose the Pro conveniences (live Wall, match alerts, unlimited imports, calendar sync) and see ads again.
How do the 3-month, 6-month, and annual plans work?
You're billed once per period — $13.99 every 3 months, $26.99 every 6, or $47.99 a year — and the plan renews automatically until you cancel. Longer periods are the same Pro, just cheaper per month.
Is my payment information safe?
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, the same processor used by Amazon and Shopify. Your card number never touches MyShiftX servers, and we never see it.
